RUNEXE EXMOUTH 5K -
**Provisional**Wednesday 22nd January 2025, 7pm
EVENT UPDATE (12.08.24): This winter we are only planning to do one 5k as a stand alone race, there are quite a few ‘unknowns’ with sea wall repairs and race toilets being knocked down/rebuilt, therefore we are made the decision to not do a race until the New Year. Once we get confirmation from the local council we are able to stage the race we’ll open up entries!
Come join us for the Run Exe - Exmouth 5km race taking place on Exmouth seafront promenade. The course is completely flat, making it great for runners of all levels aiming to achieve their best time. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned runner, this event is for you!

REFUND, DEFERRAL AND TRANSFER INFORMATION
From the moment we begin to organise an event, we start to incur costs. Your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event - everything from barriers to toilets, from printing to safety pins, from race numbers to marketing. Organising any event requires a considerable amount of forward planning, risk and expense. Therefore we are unable to offer refunds or defer entries over to the following year..
You can insure your entry via Protect Group when you enter the race - If you have selected Refundable Terms on your booking and are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances outside of your control you may be entitled to a refund - please see full set of Refundable Terms and Conditions here. To apply for a refund, please find the instructions on how to apply in the booking confirmation email you received after payment. Please note this insurance is not provided by us and we have no control over if participants are eligible for a refund.

Race HQ: Race HQ will be City Runs Van based by Start / Finish (What 3 Words: ///makes.then.goal ).
Race Packs: Race numbers will be available to collect on the night.

Entry & Race Limit: Pre-entry online is required, no on the day entry will be available. Capacity will be limited.
Minimum Age: 15 years old
Toilets, Changing and Showers: The will be no official race toilets - there are public toilets available at Foxholes long stay car park, they close at 8pm
First Aid: First Aid will be covered by Devon EMS
Cancellation Policy:
Once we have committed to organising the series we incur costs, therefore we will not be able to offer refunds - entries rolled over to Summer 5k or another race.
Due the event being a Winter seafront series we could be effected by bad weather, we will always seek to strike the right balance between giving people adequate notice if we need to cancel and giving maximum chance of the race going ahead.
